June 10th 2018  I had a very nice litter of Thamnophis cyrtopsis collaris, the  Tropical Blackneck Garter Snake.

It is the first time that I have bred with subspecies.

It looks like this subspecies has a unique reproductive strategy giving birth to a few very large babies.

The biggest was 28,8 cm Total length at birth.
