During the month of May I had 3 very nice litters Thamnophis scaliger, The Mexican Alpine Shorttail Garter Snake.

These three female originates from the Toluca area in México. Here the snakes are brighter patterned in general then those from my breeding group from Michoacán.

The snakes usually have big blotches and resemble Thamnophis scalaris more then my Michoacán specimens.

On the picture 3 different adult pregnant females, and pictures of the 3 of the newborn babies.
