Subspecies  nr.6:  Thamnophis eques scotti, Scott’s Mexican Garter Snake.

My breeding group consist of captive bred specimens originating from lake Magdalena (Jalisco) in Mexico where they occur at an altitude of approximately 1380 meters.

They apparantly only occur in Lake Magdalena and adjacent waters.

They are highly variable as you can see on the pictures. The last picture is off a morph that is very different from the normal form.
